- 2 packages (12oz) Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 4 c. cheddar cheese
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can (14.5 oz) Diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
- 1 T Dijon Mustard
- 1 T Worcestershire Sauce
- 3/4 t. salt
- 3/4 t. pepper
- 24 bacon strips cooked and crumbled
- 1 c. butter
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 4 t. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 T Dijon Mustard
- 2 T Sesame Seeds
Heat oven to 350. Without separating rolls, cut horizontally in half. Arrange bottom halves in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with 1 c. cheese. Bake 3-5' until cheese is melted.
In lg skillet, cook beef and onion until done. Drain. Stir in tomatoes, mustard, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Cook 1-2' more until well combined.
Spoon beef mixture evenly over rolls. Add remaining cheese. Top with bacon. Put tops of rolls on top.
For glaze, combine all ingredients in small sauce pan and heat until melted and mix well. Pour evenly over rolls and then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake, uncovered for 20' or until golden brown and heated through
