Ice Cream Cake

    • 1 bag oreo cookies, crushed
    • 1 stick butter, melted

    • 1/2 gallon ice cream, softened slightly

    • 1 stick butter
    • 2/3 c. chocolate chips
    • 1 can evaporated milk
    • 2 c. powdered sugar


Mix oreo's and butter and put evenly into 9x13" pan.

Press softened ice cream over cookie crust and return to freezer.

In saucepan, melt butter, chocolate chips and milk together. Add sugar and mix till smooth. Cool Completely.

Pour over ice cream and freeze 2 hours or until set before serving.
