Take a trip to the islands with these sweet and savory skewers. Chicken breasts are easy to cut and quick to cook, making them perfect for mid-week meals.
- 1 ½ lbs chicken breast
- 1 green pepper
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 (8 oz) package fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup Sesame Teriyaki Marinade
Preheat the oven to broil on high. Cut the Chicken breast into 1-inch chunks.
Seed the green pepper and cut into 1-inch pieces. Cut the onion into 1-inch chunks.
Thread the chicken, pepper, onion, and pineapple onto skewers.
Arrange skewers on foil-lined baking sheet and brush all over with the marinade.
Broil 20 min., until lightly charred and turkey is cooked, flipping skewers and basting halfway through. Enjoy!
