Ingredients
- 1 small onion or leeks
- 1/2 green cabbage, shredded
- 2 T. butter
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. seasoned salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 T. white wine vinegar
- 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded (or mozzarella and provolone mix)
Directions
Cook onion in butter until soft. Add cabbage. Continue cooking until cabbage is soft.
Add spices and vinegar. Set aside.
In another pan, cook ground beef until done. Add cabbage mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
Top with cheese and cover until cheese has melted.
