A chocolate lovers dream!! Adapted from Martha Stewart

Directions

The estimated prep time for this recipe is 15 minutes and 20 minutes cook time.
Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin pan with cupcake liners.

Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder together. Add sugar and salt.

With the mixer on low, add eggs one at a time, and then vanilla, water, oil and buttermilk. Mix on medium until well combined.

Use an ice cream scoop and fill liners 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes until set. Cool completely on wire rack.

Frosting: Combine all ingredients and beat in mixer until smooth. Let frosting cool 15-20 minutes before frosting cupcakes.
