Cream Cheese Cranberry Muffins Filed in Breakfast

Directions

The estimated prep time for this recipe is 10 minutes and 20 minutes cook time.
In large mixing bowl, cream the butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into creamed mixture until just moistened. Fold in cranberries and pecans.

Fill paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes (or 18-20 for minis) or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
