Cinnamon Roll Cookies Filed in Cookies

Full of cinnamon deliciousness!!!

Directions

The estimated prep time for this recipe is 15 minutes and 10 minutes each cookie pan cook time.
In large bowl, cream butter and 1 1/4 c. sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolks, honey and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cream of tarter. Gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.

Shape one tablespoon of dough into a 6 inch log. In a shallow bowl, combine cinnamon and remaining sugar. Roll log in cinnamon-sugar. Loosely coil log into spiral shape and place on greased baking-sheet, or parchment paper, 1 inch apart. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 for 10 min or until set. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.

In small bowl, melt baking chocolate. Stir until smooth. Drizzle over cookies. Let stand until set. Yield about 3 dozen.
