Quick and delicious recipe I slightly adapted from the Taste of Home magazine!
Ingredients
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 3 T. soy sauce
- 2 T. dijon mustard
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 lb salmon filet
Directions
In a small bowl combine the oil, soy sauce, mustard and garlic.
Place salmon in foil-lined broiler pan. Broil 2 minutes skin side up. Remove from oven and remove skin. Continue broiling 3 minutes after coating salmon with marinade. After a few minutes, flip to other side and add more marinade. Cook another 6 minutes or until done.
