    Ingredients

    • 2 boneless chicken breast, cut into pieces
    • Sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained
    • salt
    • pepper
    • 1/2 package of pasta spirals or one of choice
    • 12 oz evaporated milk
    • 6 T. cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 c. grated parmesan

Directions

Cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with non-stick spray. Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, Cook pasta according to package directions.

In small sauce pan, slowly heat up evaporated milk and cream cheese until melted. Stir with wire whisk. Add Parmesan cheese and mix well. Add sun dried tomatoes. Add to chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place over pasta and serve.
