    Ingredients

    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 3 T butter
    • 1 head green cabbage, sliced and chopped to bite size
    • 1 lb organic, grass fed ground beef
    • 1 t. seasoned salt
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 T White wine vinegar
    • 2 cups shredded, organic mozzarella and provolone mix

Directions

Saute onion in butter until soft. Add cabbage and cook until soft. Add spices and vinegar. Set aside

In large skillet, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain any fat. Add cabbage mixture and stir until well mixed. Adjust seasonings.

Sprinkle cheese on top of cabbage and beef and cover until melted.

Serve immediately.
