Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- Candy melting Chocolate
Directions
Mix butter and powdered sugar to the consistency of corn meal. Mix in peanut butter.
Roll into balls. Freeze for several hours or overnight.
Melt candy chocolate in microwave on low heat. Dip each ball and place on wax paper. Place in freezer for a short while to allow chocolate to harden. Enjoy!
