A perfect appetizer for parties or even as a main dish.

Directions

The estimated prep time for this recipe is 10 minutes and 1hr. 10 min. cook time.
Preheat oven to 450. Lightly oil 13x9 baking dish. In large bowl, stir potatoes, garlic ,olive oil, water, lemon juice, salt &pepper together until coated; put in baking dish. Roast about 40 minutes. Season with oregano and add 1/2 cup water if dry. Return to oven and bake another 30-40 minutes. Top with crumbled feta cheese.

  • 1/4 C fresh lemon juice
