Directions
The estimated prep time for this recipe is 1-2 hours rise time and 15-20 minutes cook time.
Dissolve yeast in warm milk in large bowl, Add sugar, butter, salt and eggs. Add flour in slowly until will mixed.
Knead dough into ball and put in clean, oiled bowl and cover with saran. Place in warm spot for about an hour or until doubled.
Heat oven to 400 degrees
Roll dough into a large rectangle. Spread with softened butter and sprinkle sugar mix over the dough evenly. Roll the dough into a long tube. Cut into 8- 12 pieces and place rolls in a lightly greased 9x13 baking pan. (can cover the bottom with butter)
Cover and let rise about 30 minutes, or until doubled.
Place in preheated over and bake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Mix together frosting and spread over warm roll.
