Directions

The estimated prep time for this recipe is 10 minutes and 30 minutes cook time.
Brown beef in oil for about 5 min. Add garlic, onion, tomato sauce, wine, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer 15 min. Drain raisins. Add to beef. Simmer addition 5-10 min. Serve over rice.
